A Week Of Spiritual Feasting

So, this last week was pretty much epic. There was a lot that went on so I suppose I should start from the beginning. I'm currently taking an eternal marriage class that is taught by brother Newell, just so everyone knows he's the guy that does the spoken word every Sunday, it is amazing; he is an incredible teacher and he's always so happy. I must say whenever I go to that class I always feel the spirit strongly and when I leave I feel like my spirit was fed. Anyway last week we talked about Love and maturity and there were so many great talks that we were able to read. If anyone out there has never heard of Fanny's dream they should definitely read it. Here are a few quotes that I loved in some of the reading: John A Widtsoe said, " Love is the foundation of marriage, but love itself is a product of law and lives by law. True love is law-abiding, for the highest satisfactions come to a law abiding life..."  Elder Joe J. Christensen said, " Be quick to say I am sorry . As hard as it is to form the words, swift to say 'I Apologize, and please forgive me,' even though you are not the one who is totally at fault. True love is developed by those who are willing to readily admit to personal mistakes and offenses." Jeffery R. Holland said, "How should I love thee? As He does, for that way "never faileth."  I just love these and hopefully you enjoy them too. I actually got to go to conference Saturday morning and we took the trax to get there; it was fun and I love going to conference because it's completely different from watching it on TV. I feel like everything is just better plus I don't get tired.

Josie had her Bridal shower that Saturday night during priesthood session; she had way good fun and I had the best of time. I am so happy she's getting married; she's amazing and I am very excited for her. She's this whole new amazing person, well she was always amazing but I don't know she just seems different now and I think a lot of it has to do with going through the temple.
.Well Sunday came around and it was awesome because I got to watch conference with Ian Olsen and my friend Ingrid Scheel who isn't a member and Sunday session I think cleared up a lot of false believes that some people may have about the church. I also had the opportunity of answering her questions after and then she got invited to actually go to the Sunday afternoon session in the conference center! It was amazing. I wish we could have General Conference every week. I feel like I got my batteries recharged and I am ready to go again. Well that's all for now! :) Until next time.
